SongHa Choi is an internationally performing soloist, winner of the Second Prize and the Audience Prize at the 2016 Menuhin Competition. She has performed with renowned orchestras, including the Montreal Symphony Orchestra, Lithuanian National Symphony Orchestra, KBS Symphony Orchestra, Daegu Symphony Orchestra, and the Westminster Philharmonic Orchestra, in prestigious venues such as the Wigmore Hall, the Royal Festival Hall in London, Berliner Philharmonie Kammermusiksaal, Gstaad Chapel in Switzerland, Lojze Bratuz in Italy, the National Philharmonic Hall in Vilnius. A Yehudi Menuhin School graduate, she studies with Kolja Blacher at the Hochschule für Musik Hanns Eisler in Berlin. Her current instrument and bow are generously on loan from the Deutsche Stiftung Musikleben and Dr Hauber collection.
