Composer Award, Arte Concert Online Prize, Jonathan Moulds Award for Outstanding Potential

Nathan Mierdl is the concertmaster for the Orchestre Philharmonique de Radio France. A student of Christophe Poiget of Roland Daugareil, Nathan is a winner of the Second Prize, the Composer Prize, the ARTE Concert Online Prize and the Jonathan Moulds Award at the 2018 Menuhin Competition. He joined the Orchestre National de France before taking his current post with the OPRF. As a chamber musician, he has played in numerous festivals of note and in some of the most well-known European venues for classical music, and has founded the Gaïa Quartet. Nathan plays a violin made by the German violin maker Stephan von Baehr.
