Hyunjae Lim

Hyun Jae Lim is a Third Prize winner at the 2018 Menuhin Competition. A student of Shmuel Ashkenasi, Midori and Arnold Steinhardt at the Curtis Institute of Music, Hyun Jae has performed as a soloist with the Philadelphia Orchestra, the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, and the Houston Symphony, in prestigious venues across the United States. As a chamber musician, she has collaborated with such artists as Vadim Gluzman, Gary Hoffman, Atar Arad, Peter Wiley, and Steve Tenenbom, attending renowned festivals in the US. Hyun Jae plays on a 1719 Carlo Annibale Tononi on a generous loan from the Rin collection.
