Christine Seohyun Lim

The associate concertmaster with the Philadelphia Orchestra, Christine Lim is a graduate of the Curtis Institute of Music, where she studied with Ida Kavafian. Christine is furthering her studies at the New England Conservatory of Music with Soovin Kim and Paul Biss, dividing her time between studying and performing. She has played as a soloist with orchestras such as the Munich Chamber Orchestra, the Suwon Philharmonic, the Gwacheon Philharmonic, the Rzeszów Philharmonic, the KBS Symphony, the Euro-Asia Philharmonic, the Kyunggi Philharmonic, and the South Bohemian Orchestra, and appeared at festivals in Europe and America. She is a prize winner at the 2008 and 2014 Menuhin Competitions.
