Boris Brovtsyn

Professor of Violin at the Yehudi Menuhin School and prize winner at the 1998 Menuhin Competition Boris Brovtsyn is a celebrated soloist and chamber musician. His recording work with Decca, BIS, Onyx and Naxos has earned him an ECHO Klassik award and a nomination to a Gramophone award. A student of Maya Glezarova and David Takeno, Boris has played with the most prestigious orchestras in Europe and beyond, sharing the stage with celebrated conductors and co-stars. As a chamber musician, Boris is a recurring guest at the Les Grands Interpretes in Geneva and a festival mainstay across Europe.
