One of the following

  • SCHUBERT Sonatina in D major, Op.137 No.1, D.384 **
  • SCHUBERT Sonatina in A minor, Op.137 No.2, D.385 **
  • SCHUBERT Sonatina in G minor, Op.137 No.3, D.408 **

and

  • A contemporary Welsh work for solo violin by Pwyll ap Siôn

FINALS

  • DOHNÁNYI Trio Serenade in C major, Op.10 Movement 1&2 or 3&5 **#
  • One virtuoso work of candidate’s own choice with or without piano (maximum length 10 mins)
  • VIVALDI Four Seasons. Candidate to choose one Season (played with the Menuhin School Orchestra)
